1. Item(s) are sold at the first come first serve basis.

2. Goods sold are not returnable or refundable.

3. Most of the items are ready stock unless stated. Items that are pre-order will be informed of the estimated delivery date. However, stocks can be delayed from the supplier and we ask for your patience. Payment should be made within 3 days after the stocks has arrived.

4. We appreciate non fussy buyers. Kindly refrain from placing orders if you are expecting the items to be 100% perfect and identical to those available in outlet. Please clear all your doubts before ordering.

5. Items will be sent out on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday aka "shipping days". Please make your payment a day before the "shipping day". However, if you need your items urgently, a small fee will be imposed and it will be send the next day.

6. We do provide a wrapping service at a small fee.

5. The colours of items in the photos may slightly different from the real product due to the colour resolution when the photos taken.

6. Care is taken when packing and shipping your parcel, however, parcel could be slightly damaged during shipping.
